  • Reminder: postmarks are not accepted as date of payment.

All delinquent real and personal property tax bills for 2021 or previous years must be paid to the “Berrien County Treasurer”.  Please contact the County Treasurer at 269-983-7111 ext 8569 to determine payoff amounts or status of outstanding taxes.

Winter Property Tax Bills

  • All Late Summer and Winter Tax payments from February 14 thru February 28 are subject to 3 percent late penalty. 
  • Please contact Berrien County Treasurer’s Office if paid on or after March 1, 2022
